Availability

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order before the digital product is delivered by contacting support immediately. After the key has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible (see Refund Policy).

• Delivery occurs via email within minutes of purchase
• Risk passes to the user upon receipt of the key
• No customs costs or additional taxes for digital products
• We are not responsible for delays due to email technical issues

6. Refunds and replacements

Refund policies are described on the Returns & Refunds page. Key points:

• Guaranteed refund within 30 days if activation problems occur
• The product must be unactivated or non-working
• Refund is issued to the original payment method
